Job Description
Local lawn care company looking for 2 motivated responsible team Crew members. Individuals will need a valid driver's license with a clean record. 3 years commercial lawn care/Snow Plowing experience from a commercial lawn care company. They should be able to work independently with little supervision. Willing to accept responsibility, training, Problem solving skills, General maintenance and repair, exceptional customer service mind set and the ability to keep excellent records of daily work performed. Willing to go above and beyond. Individuals must be very energetic, motivated, must be meticulous. Must be confident in his lawn care abilities. Must be able to operate zero turn mowers, trimmers, edger's, blowers, hedge trimmers, chain saws, snowplows. Must be able to work long extended hours and possible weekend as needed. Duties include Ability to operate commercial lawn care/snow plowing equipment. Maintain the equipment through daily inspections Operate with proper safety precautions Effective communication skills and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate daily work and scheduling paperwork Lawn Mowing, Trimming, Garden maintenance, Lawn Maintenance and clean up, snow removal Effective time management skills Immediate openings
