This is a full-time, year-round career opportunity with consistent hours, excellent benefits, and room to grow. We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing healthy, weed-free lawns and understands that quality work and customer service go hand in hand. Compensation & Financial Benefits $55,000
  • 65,000 per year (based on experience) Profit sharing program Retirement plan with company match Performance incentive programs Boot reimbursement Winter hourly pay premium Weekly paid company meetings Health & Time Off Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Growth & Perks Higher pay as you earn additional certifications and licenses Paid continuing education and industry certifications Opportunities for advancement Employee referral program Company outings and team events Employee reviews and career growth planning Company apparel provided What You'll Do Apply fertilizer, weed control, and other lawn care applications to residential and commercial properties Diagnose lawn issues including weeds, insects, turf diseases, and nutrient deficiencies Recommend treatments to improve lawn health Operate ride-on and walk-behind application equipment safely and efficiently Maintain accurate application records and comply with all state regulations Perform routine maintenance and inspections on application equipment Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally Snow work in the winter Spring and Fall clean ups Helping other crews when not fertilizing What We're Looking For Previous lawn fertilization and weed control experience is required Michigan Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (3A 3B and 6 REQUIRED) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of turfgrass, weeds, and lawn care practices Ability to identify common lawn problems and recommend solutions Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift 50 lbs.
