Job Description

Lawn Care Technician (LCT) The LCTis responsible for performing tasks in order to serve the customers in fast, neat ,orderly fashion to best serve there lawn care needs. Capabilities Customer satisfaction Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) Team work Honesty and good work ethics Problem solving abilities Able to work indepent Job Duties Aid in the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers in the AM and PM Cut grass, trim edges, blow off all sidewalks and cement drives of grass trimmings. Also in blow out landscape beds of grass trimmings. Operate power equipment including saws, mowers, weed whippers, back pack blowers and snow blowers. Conduct inspections on vehicles and lawn equipment Assist foreman in other work related duties including construction projects, shop and yard repairs, vehicle and equipment repairs Wear appropriate protective equipment at all times Comply with all company policies and rules Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner Snowplowing Snow shoveling Salting sidewalks\lots Requirements Minimum one year experience preferred in the landscape/ mowing field Capable of operating equipment and tools in a safe manner Time management skills Ability to stand, crouch, and walk for extended periods of time Ability to work independently with little to no supervision Driver license is preferred Work conditions Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly throughout work shift Excellent stamina required Work near or on equipment and vehicles on a regular basis Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment and materials Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain,dust,noise and cold Flexible working hours including occasional weekend work
