Responsibilities Operate and maintain various power tools and hand tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning tasks efficiently. Conduct landscape maintenance activities including planting, fertilizing, watering, and weed control to ensure healthy growth. Use equipment such as excavators and snow plows during seasonal changes to manage terrain and ensure safety. Perform tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate tools and techniques. Install and repair irrigation systems to promote optimal watering schedules for different landscapes. Execute hardscape projects including the installation of pathways, patios, or retaining walls with precision. Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring equipment is properly stored after use. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and hand tools. Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices. Familiarity with landscaping construction projects and hardscape installation processes. Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and excavators safely and effectively. Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning for health and aesthetics. Experience with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is preferred. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
