Duties Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep grass healthy and manicured. Maintain landscape features including planting beds, shrubs, trees, and flower installations with precision and care. Operate hand tools like pruners, shovels, rakes, and hoes to perform detailed gardening and landscape tasks. Use power tools such as trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and hedge cutters safely and effectively to shape landscapes. Assist with landscape construction projects including hardscape installation (patios, walkways), and site preparation. Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, planting, or removal to promote healthy growth and safety. Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment to ensure longevity and safety during use. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality landscape services that meet client specifications and project deadlines. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools for efficient operation and troubleshooting. Proficiency in operating hand tools (e.g., pruners, shovels) and power tools (e.g., trimmers, blowers).
