Schedule:

Monday to Thursday or Friday | Occasional nights and weekends during winter | Overtime available

We are hiring a Lawn & Landscape Specialist to join our field crew of lawn care and landscaping professionals. Responsibilities:

Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing as part of a crew on daily job routes Complete landscaping jobs for residential and commercial clients Install mulch, sod, plants, shrubs, and trees Operate commercial landscaping equipment Perform seasonal cleanups (spring/fall) Communicate job progress with management Meet company quality standards and timely route completions

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance Mechanical skills with experience repairing small engines a plus Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
