If you're passionate about creating vibrant, healthy outdoor spaces and enjoy working independently in the great outdoors, this role is perfect for you! As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will: Provide expert lawn care services using environmentally friendly, top-quality products. Perform aeration, seeding, and pest treatments to keep lawns in peak condition. Serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, educating customers about our services and recommending tailored solutions. Operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively. Contribute to a positive team environment while meeting individual and team goals. What we're looking for: A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to operate machinery and lift over 50 pounds. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism. Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
