Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Technician and become a vital part of creating beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, landscapes, and outdoor areas through skilled use of hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery. Your expertise in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, and agriculture will ensure our clients' properties are vibrant and thriving. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills in farming and land management, and contribute to transforming outdoor environments into lush, inviting spaces. Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and aerating using appropriate power tools and hand tools. Conduct inspections of outdoor areas to identify issues related to pests, weeds, or turf health; implement solutions accordingly. Assist with planting, seeding, fertilizing, and watering to promote healthy growth of lawns and landscape features. Operate vehicles such as trucks or utility carts for transporting equipment and materials across job sites. Maintain all tools and equipment in excellent condition through regular cleaning and safety checks. Qualifications Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Ability to operate hand tools (e.g., shovels, pruners), power tools (e.g., trimmers, blowers), and farm machinery safely and efficiently. Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving in outdoor environments.
