Why this role exists You lead a lawn care crew to deliver clean, efficient, and consistent service across a daily route, while coaching the team, maintaining equipment, and protecting the customer experience. What you'll do Lead daily route execution, assign tasks, and set the pace and quality standard Perform lawn maintenance services (mow, edge, trim, blow, detail) to Highridge standards Load, operate, and maintain mowers and handheld equipment safely Complete on-site quality checks, prevent property damage, and handle minor issues before they become callbacks Communicate delays, site issues, and client needs to the appropriate manager the same day Train and coach team members on efficient mowing patterns, trimming/edging quality, and safety Keep truck, trailer, and equipment clean, organized, and job-ready Identify enhancement opportunities and route them through the right internal channel for pricing and follow-up What we're looking for Must-haves Proven experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care (lead experience preferred) Strong operational mindset, reliable, organized, and able to run a daily route Strong communication skills with crew, clients, and managers Physically able to lift 50 lbs, bend/kneel, and work outdoors in all conditions Must be 21+ with a valid U.S. driver's license that meets insurance and company driving standards Nice-to-haves Bilingual English/Spanish Experience with route-based production and quality control Spraying or fertilizer application experience (license a plus) E-Verify This employer participates in E-Verify.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.50 per hour
