HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
!!! This is the perfect seasonal job for a motivated individual looking to make money this summer and fall and still have time to ENJOY their summer! The schedule (depending on rain) is Monday - Wednesday, roughly 10 hour days. Bonuses are handed out at the end of the season for productivity and attendance! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, performing essential tasks to ensure the health and aesthetics of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Operate and maintain power tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in building garden beds, digging, and planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as part of landscaping projects. Conduct regular inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues such as pests or diseases. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and equipment operation is beneficial. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on lawn care equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working long hours outdoors.
