Your expertise will help optimize crop yields, manage pest populations effectively, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Duties Safely operate farm machinery, power tools, and company vehicles to transport and apply fertilizers and chemicals across diverse outdoor sites Mix, handle, and apply chemical agents such as fertilizers, pesticides, and pest control chemicals following strict safety procedures Use ladders and other equipment safely for elevated applications or inspections on tall structures or trees Conduct pest control treatments utilizing integrated pest management techniques to minimize environmental impact Follow all safety protocols including respiratory protection, confined space entry procedures, and chemical handling guidelines Perform routine maintenance on application equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards Assist in assessing land conditions through outdoor work experience in farming, landscaping, or lawn care settings to determine appropriate application strategies Requirements Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment plans and safety instructions Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to driving regulations and safety standards Outdoor work experience in farming, landscaping, lawn care or agriculture is highly preferredJoin us in making a difference by applying your technical skills and passion for outdoor work!
