What You Will Do:

Complete services provided by the company (window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, soft wash and hanging holiday lighting) while providing exceptional customer service. Excel in a team environment. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience. Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training Be rewarded for your efforts and success.

Experience:

Previous experience in residential or commercial window and exterior services (window, pressure washing, gutters, holiday lighting, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with operating scissor lifts is a plus: training will be provided for those without experience. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize task effectively. Ability to work independently or as a team with residential and commercial customers.

Description of Physical Demands:

Ability to climb ladders at varies heights. Ability to lift 50lbs independently. Work in varies weather conditions. Operate company equipment safely and according to guidelines.
