Requirements:

What You'll Do As a Commercial Spray Technician, you'll handle a variety of large-scale turf management tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Your role includes:

Applying fertilizer, weed control, fungicides, and pest treatments using commercial spray rigs and equipment Managing large commercial properties Diagnosing and treating turf issues such as weeds, pests, diseases, soil problems, and more Maintaining detailed service records for commercial clients Ensuring safe and proper operation of spray trucks, ride-on units, and application tools Providing clear, professional communication with clients, managers, and teammates Representing FineTurf with professionalism, quality, and ownership on every site What We're Looking For You'll stand out if you bring: High school diploma or GED 2+ years of lawn care, agriculture, turf, or outdoor labor experience Experience with commercial spraying or willingness to be trained Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Ability to work independently on large properties Proactive, self-motivated approach
