Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of creating beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, landscapes, and hardscape features with precision and care. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, inviting areas that clients can enjoy year-round. Responsibilities Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to ensure lawns and landscapes are pristine and well-maintained Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Maintain irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth and conserve water resources Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, fertilizing, mulching, and weed control Assist with hardscape projects like installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal using hand tools or small machinery like excavators when necessary Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools for efficient operation and troubleshooting Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening practices Knowledge of horticulture principles to promote healthy plant growth and landscape design Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and excavators safely Familiarity with irrigation systems and water management techniques Experience with snow plowing equipment for winter maintenance tasks Skills in tree trimming, pruning, and general tree care to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Basic understanding of construction techniques related to hardscape installation and landscape features Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance Join us in delivering exceptional outdoor environments!
