As a valued member of our installation crew, you will assist with the installation of artificial grass on both residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and work well as part of a team. You'll gain valuable experience in the rapidly growing landscape and turf installation industry while contributing to projects that enhance the appearance and functionality of outdoor environments. Duties Assist in the preparation of installation sites by clearing debris, leveling and grading surfaces, and ensuring proper drainage. Use hand tools and power tools to cut, seam, and secure artificial turf efficiently and precisely. Install edging, trim turf around obstacles, and apply caulking or sealants as needed for a seamless finish. Operate equipment such as compactors, blowers, and buffing tools to ensure a clean, professional appearance. Collaborate with team members to complete installations on time while maintaining safety standards. Support additional tasks including minor repairs, site cleanup, and quality inspections to uphold our high standards. Qualifications Prior experience with synthetic turf, construction, landscaping, hardscaping, or related fields is preferred but not required. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and installation tasks. Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
