Full Job Description Pay:
$19•25/hr (based on experience and performance)
Earnings:
Weekly (with no cap on overtime!)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7 AM•3 PM (some weekends if weather requires)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off surfaces Operate commercial mowing equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and deliver top-notch results Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations on every project
Requirements:
1-2 years of commercial landscaping experience (required) Must have direct deposit Must own a smartphone for scheduling and communication Driver's license is NOT required, but you must have reliable transportation to work
