In this role, you will lead and assist with lawn care, landscape maintenance, and various outdoor projects, ensuring high-quality results that exceed client expectations. This paid position offers a chance to develop your skills in horticulture, hardscape installation, and seasonal services like snow plowing and tree care. Duties Lead and support team members in performing lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscape maintenance to maintain pristine outdoor spaces. Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, mowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment including power tools and small machinery like mowing and trimming is a required. Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques such as mowing, edging, pruning, and hardscape installation. Strong understanding of landscaping principles combined with excellent teamwork skills to lead or support crew members effectively.
