Full Job Description Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our lawn care team! As a Lawn Care Team Member, you'll help keep residential and commercial properties looking their best. This hands-on role involves operating mowing and trimming equipment, maintaining clean, manicured turf, and working efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial lawn care equipment safely, including mowers (stand-on, walk-behind, or zero-turn), trimmers, blowers, and edgers. Perform mowing, edging, blowing, and basic property maintenance to ensure a clean, professional appearance. Assist with additional lawn care tasks such as weed control, overseeding, and minor turf repair. Maintain and clean equipment as required; report any issues promptly. Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized job site. Work as part of a team to complete daily route schedules efficiently. Qualifications /

Skills:

Experience with commercial lawn care equipment preferred but not required; training can be provided. Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment is a plus. Strong work ethic, dependable, and punctual. Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Attention to detail, especially when mowing, edging, and trimming. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team.
