We have a great team and would love for you to be a part of it. Position Overview Regan Landscape is hiring a licensed pesticide applicator to support our lawn care and plant health operations. This role is responsible for applying herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, and other treatments across residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Apply herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, and related treatments per label and site conditions Identify weeds, turf issues, and plant health concerns Mix chemicals accurately and calibrate application equipment Maintain compliance with New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) regulations Complete application records and documentation daily Operate backpack and ride-on sprayers and spreaders Maintain equipment, vehicles, and storage areas Communicate site conditions, issues, and recommendations to supervisors Support general landscape operations as needed QualificationsRequirements Valid New York State Pesticide Applicator License (Commercial Category 3A Turf and/or 3B Ornamentals preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to read and follow chemical labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and safety Preferred Experience 1-3+ years of pesticide application experience Knowledge of turf and plant identification Experience with ride-on sprayers or spray rigs Understanding of integrated pest management (IPM) practices
