Part-time Position Summary:

The Part-Time Shop Mechanic & Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the maintenance, repairs, organization, and daily operations of the company shop while ensuring trucks, trailers, equipment, and tools are fully operational and job-ready. This role is critical to keeping field operations running efficiently and minimizing downtime for crews. This individual will work closely with management and field staff to prioritize repairs, maintain organization, manage inventory, and improve overall shop efficiency. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, dependable, and looking to grow within a fast-growing company.
