Starting Pay:
$25.00+ per hour (Based on experience)

Direct and mentor a crew of 3-4 applicators and seed technicians.
Deliver Excellence:
Execute high-quality, eco-friendly lawn and pest applications. Own the

Take ownership of your route, vehicle, and equipment for maximum efficiency.
Build Relationships:
Act as the face of Emerald Magic, building long-term trust with our community clients.
Who We're Looking For Certified Pros:
NYSDEC Certified Applicator or Technician (Preferred).
Experience:
2+ years in Horticulture or Lawn Care.
Drivers:
Valid driver's license with a clean record (Required).

Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews during seasonal treatments Coordinate daily job assignments and ensure timely completion of treatments Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively Perform lawn restoration tasks such as cleaning, carpet cleaning, demolition, and construction work Conduct inspections to assess turf condition and determine appropriate repair or restoraion strategies Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies Train and mentor team members on proper application techniques Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used Experience Horticultural Knowledge Prior leadership experience as a crew chief or supervisor is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-pressure situations You will be responsible for:

Providing high-quality lawn and landscape treatments Building strong customer relationships through excellent service Maintaining and caring for equipment to ensure efficiency and safety Continually learning and growing within the industry
Requirements:
✔ Valid driver's license (Required) ✔ Passion for horticulture, lawn care, and outdoor work ✔ Strong work ethic and positive attitude ✔ Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow ✔ Prior experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscaping is a plus!
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
