Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Technician

Grass Monkey Lawn Service is hiring motivated individuals to help support our growing lawn and landscape maintenance operation in Cincinnati's eastern neighborhoods. We are building a professional, growth-oriented service company focused on reliability, operational quality, customer experience, and producing consistently high-quality results.

Responsibilities may include:

Weekly lawn mowing and trimming Edging and blowing Property maintenance and cleanup work Mulch installation and landscape projects Loading/unloading equipment Maintaining clean and organized equipment/trailers Supporting efficient daily route operations Representing the company professionally on customer properties Ideal candidates are: Reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically capable of demanding work Coachable and willing to learn Positive attitude with strong work ethic Detail-oriented and efficient Professional and respectful Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, athletics, construction, trades, or other physically demanding work is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. We are open to full-time, part-time, or seasonal candidates depending on experience, availability, and fit.
