As a Team Member (Crew), you will play a vital role in maintaining beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position offers hands-on outdoor work, opportunities to develop your skills with industry-standard equipment, and the chance to contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks according to client specifications Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete projects on time Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to changing work conditions Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in good working order Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Demonstrate accountability and responsibility in all assigned duties Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience with advanced mowing equipment required Previous experience setting up commercial mowing sites preferred Ability to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated, reliable, and dependable Team-oriented with a positive attitude Attention to detail and commitment to safety Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test Offered compensation: $15/yr - $18/yr Experience and License Requirements Commercial Mowing (optional) Lawn Maintenance Equipment
