•We will consider training you if you have experience professionally mowing grass or landscaping. This is a floating position for an eclectic individual who can treat lawns, apply outdoor pest control products to trees, shrubs and lawns. Other duties may include mole control services, slice seeding, aerating and other services when needed.

Responsibilities Include:

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other lawn care products safely and effectively to ensure optimal lawn health with push spreaders, truck mounted spraying equipment and ride-on application machines. Drive company truck. May be required to pull trailer equipment. Operate and maintain equipment and machines, including ride-on applicators, aerators, slice seeders, spreaders, sprayers, and other lawn care tools and equipment. Perform routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer questions, diagnosing problems and addressing concerns (training provided). Keep accurate records of lawn care services performed and products applied. Communicate with team members and management to ensure that all customer needs are met. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience professionally applying lawn fertilizer and weed control products is preferred.

•We will consider training you if you have experience professionally mowing grass or landscaping. Fundamental knowledge of lawn care products, equipment, and application techniques. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Our Insurance company must agree to provide coverage for you to drive our vehicles. Ability to lift heavy objects over 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Use backpack application equipment. Ability to properly operate a ride-on spreader sprayer machine is a plus. Work hours are generally from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
