Landscape and Lawn Care Technician

• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup with attention to detail
• Assist with landscaping projects (mulch, rock, planting, grading, etc.)
• Operate and maintain professional-grade equipment
• Follow systems and job expectations with consistency
• Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements
• Valid driver's license
• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in heat, cold, and varying conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and improve quickly
