  • Part-time Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Fertilization Technician and play a vital role in promoting healthy, thriving landscapes and agricultural environments.
In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, soil conditioners, and other treatments to enhance lawn health and insect control. Your expertise will support sustainable lawn care, landscaping projects and insect free homes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills while contributing to environmentally responsible land management. Duties Implement fertilization schedules according to project plans and client requirements, ensuring precise application techniques Handle chemical agents with strict adherence to pesticide management protocols and confined space entry safety procedures Conduct fertilization & insecticide treatments using integrated methods to prevent infestations Follow all safety procedures related to respiratory protection, ladder safety, and chemical handling to ensure a secure work environment Assist with lawn care, landscaping, and other duties as assigned Maintain detailed records of chemical usage, application locations, and treatment outcomes for compliance and reporting purposes Requirements Familiarity with pesticide management, and fertilization techniques Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and driving vehicles safely and efficiently Commitment to safety protocols such as confined space entry procedures, ladder safety procedures, respiratory protection use, and chemical handling safety Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for record keeping and compliance documentation This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop expertise in fertilization and insecticide management while making a positive environmental impact.
