Field Tech (Hybrid) Full-time | Huron, OH | Fertilization and Weed Control plus Landscaping Hey, I'm Jack Morris, the owner of Turf Rehab. We're looking for a Field Tech who actually gives a s•t. About the work, the customer's property, and the team. If you're a bare-minimum, clock-in-clock-out type, this won't be your place. What You'll Be Doing Turf side (fertilization and weed control): Apply granular and liquid products safely and accurately Load and mix materials the right way Learn to spot weeds and turf issues (we'll train you) Keep clean notes and communicate problems fast Landscaping side (installs and maintenance work): Mulch and stone installs, bed edging, planting, cleanups Protect the property and keep jobsites clean Support the crew lead and keep the day moving What We Want (Non-Negotiables) You show up on time, consistently You work hard and don't need babysitting You can take coaching without getting weird about it You care what the finished job looks like You're respectful and professional on job sites You can handle physical work and being outside all day Experience helps, but attitude and work ethic matter more. We'll train the right person. Driver's license preferred (paid more if you can drive and tow). Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
