Lawn Technicians are responsible for servicing and administering of lawn care products to residential customers. Technicians are responsible for the management and service of there assigned customers. Free Spray Technicians must also be able to project a clean and professional image to our customers. Daily Tasks Include Fertilizing and spraying 25-35 lawns per day Recommending and selling additional services to current and potential customers. Maintaining customer relations by servicing and educating the client Diagnosing and addressing lawn weeds, diseases, insects and any other abnormalities with a lawn. Maintaining an organized and clean truck and any other equipment you are issued Requirements

MUST HAVE A POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE

Excellent customer service skills High School Diploma (GED) Must be goal oriented 18 Years of age or older Valid Ohio driver's license and good driving record Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50lbs Must be able to navigate in unfamiliar areas of the state Professional oral and written communication skills Ability to work as a team player Problem solving and time management skills a must Ability to work in weather conditions including heat and rain. (8-12 hours per day).
