Lawn Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time seasonal position focused primarily on lawn mowing and property maintenance. We are a growing company looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up consistently, and wants to grow with us long term. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Mow residential and commercial properties Trim and edge around sidewalks, fences, landscaping, and buildings Blow off driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other hard surfaces Operate equipment safely and efficiently Complete daily routes in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards Perform routine maintenance and minor upkeep on equipment Assist with landscaping and other outdoor projects as needed Maintain a clean and professional appearance on customer properties

Equipment Used:

Zero-turn mowers String trimmers / weed eaters Backpack blowers Other lawn and landscape equipment as needed

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including heat and rain Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to communicate professionally with team members and customers Must be dependable and show up consistently

Schedule:

Approximately 40 hours per week Weekend work is uncommon Overtime may be available during peak season Opportunities for

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
