Lawn care & Enhancement Technician

Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for a Lawn care & Enhancement Technician who is dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working with a team, and taking ownership of maintaining beautiful properties through lawn care and landscape enhancement projects. Responsibilities Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties Operate small landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently Assist with mulching, pruning, trimming shrubs and bushes, and general landscape cleanup Help with tree and flower planting projects Perform turf repairs and enhancement work Use weed whips, backpack blowers, and other landscaping equipment Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Work alongside both the lawn care and enhancement crews as needed Represent the company professionally with customers and team members
