The Davey Resource Group (DRG) is currently hiring certified arborists, professional foresters, horticulturalists, natural resource specialists, environmental scientists, GIS technicians, and plant and outdoor enthusiasts to join our workforce.

• Job Duties
• + Work with Oklahoma Gas & Electric to address its forestry needs + Inspect utility rights of way and identify vegetation incompatible with state and federal regulations + Perform vegetation treatment activities including TGR applications and basal work to ensure full compliance along ROWs + Safely operate herbicide spray rig and 5 gallon backpack sprayer + Foliar Application + Collect and enter data on handheld devices, follow maps and use GPS navigation + Communicate with landowners regarding work on or near their property + Coordinate with project managers, vegetation crews and OG&E foresters + Some weekday overnight travel required •Qualifications•

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ Oklahoma Core Applicator's License (ROW preferred) + Knowledge of safety requirements associated with herbicide application + Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing + Experience in preparing correspondence, documenting and maintaining official records using a variety of software applications + Clean DMV driving record and ability to drive and operate a 4x4 vehicle + Ability to work and hike in rugged terrain and inclement weather
