In this energetic role, you will deliver effective pest management solutions through expert chemical application, inspection, and customer service. Your expertise will help create pest-free environments while adhering to strict safety protocols and environmental standards. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and outdoor areas to identify pest activity and entry points. Apply pesticides and chemical agents safely and accurately according to pesticide management protocols and environmental regulations. Utilize ladders, power tools, and basic equipment as needed for access and treatment in hard-to-reach areas. Implement integrated pest management strategies to provide sustainable solutions tailored to each client's needs. Maintain detailed records of chemical usage, pest activity, and treatment procedures in compliance with safety protocol adherence. Operate company vehicles responsibly while ensuring adherence to ladder safety procedures and respiratory protection guidelines. Educate customers on pest prevention techniques, including landscaping, lawn care, and general maintenance tips for long-term pest control success. Business Development activities when time permits. Selling additional products and services to new customers is required. Qualifications Proven experience or strong interest in pest control, outdoor work, lawn care, landscaping, or agriculture. Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity with industry tools, power tools, farm machinery, or related equipment. Knowledge of pesticide application techniques, chemical handling safety procedures, and pesticide management best practices. Ability to safely use ladders and perform confined space entry safety procedures when necessary. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred. Basic understanding of entomology (study of insects) is a plus; ongoing training provided for certification requirements.
