Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to perform lawn maintenance tasks Mow, trim, edge, and fertilize lawns to achieve healthy, manicured appearances Apply pest control treatments and perform weed management to protect plant health Conduct soil preparation, planting, and irrigation setup for new landscaping projects Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols Assist with general farming or agricultural activities related to landscape maintenance when needed Perform routine inspections of equipment and tools, ensuring they are well-maintained and ready for use Skills Experience with lawn care techniques including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and pest control methods Knowledge of landscaping principles and basic farming or agricultural practices Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers Familiarity with farm machinery and land management equipment is a plus Strong driving skills with a valid license for operating company vehicles safely Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety and equipment maintenance Embark on a career that combines outdoor adventure with technical expertise!
