Lawn Care Technician

SPG Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning single family, multi-family, and mixed-use assets in South Central, PA and Northern, MD. We are a fast-growing company looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The Lawn Care Technician will be responsible for various landscaping tasks year-round.

Daily responsibilities include:

Work with maintenance manager to prioritize projects and determine schedule Perform general lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, weeding Maintain flower beds by weeding, mulching, planting new flowers and shrubs Snow Removal, as needed Assist with Punch Out renovations during off season, as needed Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Knowledge of landscaping and equipment, preferred Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines Strong communication skills Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment

Tools/Equipment:

All tools and equipment needed for this role will be provided
