Crew MemberJob Overview We are looking for hardworking and reliable Crew Members to join our lawn-care team! Crew Members will work alongside our team to provide quality lawn and property maintenance for our customers. This is a hands-on outdoor position where you'll help with mowing, trimming, edging, cleanups, and other lawn-care services. No previous lawn-care experience is required — we're willing to train the right person. We're looking for people who are dependable, willing to learn, work well with others, and take pride in doing a good job. Responsibilities Mow and maintain residential and commercial lawns Trim grass around sidewalks, buildings, trees, and other areas Edge sidewalks, driveways, and other lawn borders Help with spring and fall cleanups Remove leaves, branches, weeds, and other lawn debris Safely operate lawn-care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools Keep equipment clean, organized, and properly maintained Follow instructions from the Crew Lead and Field Operations Manager Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality Communicate any problems, property damage, or safety concerns to management Maintain a clean and professional appearance while working at customer properties Follow all company safety rules and procedures Qualifications Reliable and responsible Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions Able to perform physical work for extended periods of time Able to lift and move lawn-care equipment and materials Comfortable working as part of a team Willing to learn how to safely operate lawn-care equipment Previous lawn-care or landscaping experience is preferred but not required Must be able to follow directions and complete assigned tasks Must have a positive attitude and take pride in your work What We Offer Starting pay: $11/hour , based on experience Opportunities for raises based on performance and reliability Hands-on training A team-oriented work environment Opportunities to learn lawn care, landscaping, and equipment operation If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to work outside, we'd love to have you on the team!
