We're looking for team members who value quality over shortcuts. We are lawn care professionals since 1985. We are growing and are currently looking for high energy individuals to join our team. No Experience Needed! If you have a good attitude, enjoy speaking with people and have good attendance, we can train you and teach you to be successful! If you care about doing the job right the 1st time and follow our simple training process, you will be a great lawn care technician. Aeration Technician is a 10 week assignment starting in Mid-August and running through October. If hired, this is a working interview and you will likely be offered a full time Lawn Care Technician position if you are a great team member! Many of our aeration and seeding techs have become full time permanent employees after aeration season! We will provide you with the skills to have a great career with us. Also a great job if you are tired of working in an office, retail, warehouse or at a restaurant. Job Responsibilities Arrive at work daily and on time Aerate lawns using walk behind Turfco aerator and hand tools Clean road, driveway, sidewalks, or patios that were dirtied during the aeration process. Overseed the lawn with push spreader. Clean out truck and machines, and load seed at the end of the day to make sure they are ready for the next day's work. Drive company van Ability to perform high quality work with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate with customers and handle questions pertaining to their lawn's needs. Ability to maintain performance standards Job Requirements all successful candidates must possess Be at least 21 years of age Possess a valid driver's license Possess at least a high school diploma Be able to work Monday-Friday (6:00 to 3:30) Saturdays if needed. Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check Be able to work independently Ability to communicate with customers both verbally and in writing Work efficient in completing daily tasks.
