Job Description
We are seeking experienced landscaping, lawn-care, irrigation, hardscape, and outdoor-property-service contractors to complete customer work orders throughout Newport County, South County, and nearby coastal Rhode Island communities. We are adding a limited number of approved field crews for selected service areas. Applications may pause in specific towns or ZIP codes once enough contractor coverage has been added. This is paid, project-based 1099 subcontractor work . It is not an hourly, salaried, or employee position. About the Work Local Landscaping Partners receives customer requests for outdoor-property services, helps coordinate quoting, scheduling, customer communication, payment processing, and job administration, then assigns approved work orders to qualified subcontractor crews based on location, service type, availability, pricing, equipment, and capacity. Approved contractors may receive customer work orders that match their: Services performed Approved towns and ZIP codes Crew capacity Equipment and vehicle setup Availability Pricing structure Ability to complete the work safely and professionally. Subcontractor crews are responsible for completing accepted jobs using their own labor, vehicles, tools, equipment, and insurance. Types of Jobs Customer work orders may include: Recurring and one-time lawn maintenance Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Spring and fall cleanups Leaf and outdoor-debris removal Mulch installation and bed maintenance Shrub, hedge, and ornamental-tree trimming Planting and landscape improvements Sod installation and lawn restoration Drainage and grading work Irrigation repair and installation Hardscaping, patios, walkways, and retaining walls Storm preparation and post-storm outdoor cleanup Residential, estate, rental-property, HOA, and commercial grounds maintenance Job availability depends on customer demand, location, season, service type, pricing, and subcontractor availability.
