Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Spray Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for applying pest control solutions, lawn care treatments, and agricultural sprays to ensure healthy landscapes, crops, and properties. Your expertise will help clients maintain vibrant, pest-free environments while adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations. Responsibilities Prepare and mix spray solutions using appropriate hand tools and power equipment according to specified formulas. Operate farm machinery, sprayers, and power tools safely and efficiently across various terrains. Apply pest control treatments, lawn care products, or agricultural sprays accurately to designated areas. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance. Follow all safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and company procedures during application processes. Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, locations serviced, and materials used for compliance purposes. Assist with site assessments to determine the best spraying techniques for different landscapes or crops. Qualifications Prior experience in sales related to pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred. Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and spraying equipment is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required; ability to operate company vehicles safely. Strong understanding of pest control methods, lawn care practices, or farming techniques. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision during application processes.
