Now hiring for fall season — immediate start available. 605 Outdoor Services is a locally owned lawn care company serving residential and commercial properties throughout the Sioux Falls area. We handle mowing, fall cleanups, snow removal, and holiday lighting, and we take pride in delivering dependable, high-quality service. We're looking for team members who share that same commitment. Whether you have lawn care experience or are looking to learn a new trade, we're willing to train the right person. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for raises and performance bonuses Company uniforms and equipment provided Consistent work through the mowing and fall cleanup season Opportunity for year-round work through snow removal and holiday lighting operations Small team environment with direct communication to ownership Advancement opportunities as the company grows Responsibilities Mowing residential and commercial properties String trimming, edging, and blowing Fall cleanup work including leaf removal, blowing, bagging, and hauling debris Operating lawn care equipment safely and efficiently Loading and unloading equipment and trailers Completing daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks Maintaining a clean and professional appearance on customer properties Assisting with snow removal operations during winter months (for year-round employees) What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic Positive attitude Ability to work well with a team Attention to detail Willingness to learn and improve Requirements Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including cooler fall days Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
