Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing using hand tools and power equipment Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively to protect lawns from pests and diseases Operate farm machinery and power tools such as blowers, trimmers, and aerators to enhance landscape quality Assist with planting, watering, and soil preparation to support healthy turf and plant growth Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety protocols and traffic laws Conduct site inspections to assess lawn health and identify areas needing attention or improvement Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and to high standards Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture is preferred but not mandatory—training will be provided!
