This is a production role for someone who likes to stay busy, move with purpose, and do the job the right way - even when no one is watching. Most of the year is fertilizer + weed control. In winter, you'll stay working with snow removal and seasonal support for Christmas light installs. What you'll do Apply fertilizer and weed control products using ride-on and walk-behind equipment (granular + liquid) Maintain consistent coverage: clean lines, correct spacing/overlap, and sharp edges Follow our SOPs step-by-step (we have a process for almost everything) Calibrate and maintain application equipment so the correct amount is applied Keep your truck/equipment organized, clean, and ready for the next day Provide professional, respectful service on every property Winter work includes snow removal (walk-behind equipment and shovels) and assisting with Christmas light installs as needed What we're looking for You move fast without cutting corners You pay attention to details and catch problems early (coverage, drift, calibration, equipment issues) You're coachable, positive, and want to improve You can work independently and stay productive without constant supervision You're comfortable with peak-season hours (often 45-55 hours/week when needed) Requirements Valid driver's license and good driving record Able to work outdoors in heat/cold and lift 50 lbs Professional appearance and strong attention to detail Must be willing to obtain and maintain pesticide applicator licensing (turf/ornamental). Current license is a plus.
