We are actively looking for full-time Lawn Care Application Technicians to join our family! This is what BeautyLawn Spray has to offer

INDUSTRY LEADING
$45,000- $55,000 a year earning potential
- Lawn care experience preferred but not needed Year long employment
NO LAYOFFS
in the Winter Monday thru Friday work week with Saturday availability (required for rain days or make-up days due to employee absence)SUNDAYS OFF!
7:00 AM starting time- Typical 7 to 9 hour work day (depends on individual)
OPTIONAL OVERTIME
(Saturdays) for those wanting extra pay Quarterly performance bonuses for Certified Lawn Care Application Technicians (up to $1,000 each quarter) OFF on most major holidays (PAID) so you can enjoy them with family and friends Paid WEEKLY- Every Wednesday
GUARANTEED SALARY

Our Lawn Care Application Technicians provide services to residential and commercial customers by applying lawn applications such as liquid herbicides and granular fertilizers to control weeds and keep lawns green and healthy. Our technicians also work to diagnose issues with lawns and offering lawn care solutions to address those issues. The ideal applicant for this position should be dependable, physically fit, self-motivated, a safe driver, and enjoy working on their own and outdoors with minimal supervision. This position does require a Category 3 Certification from the Tennessee Department of Agriculture and a DOT Medical Examiner Physical Exam/Certificate. If you do not have this certification at the time of employment, we will assist you in obtaining it. We provide paid on-the-job training to get you ready for your own work route. Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible for employment in the U.S. Must pass pre-screen phone call. Must have a valid, state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record (MVR) for the past 3 years. Must consent to a pre-employment drug test.Company Overview:

We also offer the following services: shrub bed program, crape myrtle bark scale program, surface insect control for lawns and shrub beds, fungicide treatments, grub control treatments, and fescue seeding in the Fall. Over the course of those years, we have come up with the most effective way of taking great care of our loyal customers' lawns while also taking great care of our employees.
