In this role, you will utilize your expertise in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture to deliver top-quality service to our clients. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure every project exceeds expectations. This is a paid position that offers opportunities for growth, skill development, and the chance to work on a variety of landscaping projects. Duties Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, shrubbery care, planting, and mulching. Operate hand tools such as trimmers, blowers, shovels, rakes and power tools safely and efficiently. Utilize equipment like excavators and other construction machinery for hardscape installation or site preparation. Experience Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping or horticulture with a strong mechanical knowledge of garden equipment and power tools. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as planting, pruning, fertilizing and pest control. Hands-on experience operating construction machinery like excavators or similar equipment is a plus. Knowledge of tree trimming techniques, irrigation systems installation, hardscape features (such as patios or walkways), and general gardening practices. Ability to perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure safety and efficiency. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to landscaping equipment use and construction site procedures. Excellent physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of quality.
