Your Role:

We are looking for a Horticultural Practioner. Someone who is dedicated to the craft of providing the best service quality for our customers. A Veragreen Spray Technician is someone who is a student of agronomy, open to new procedures/techniques, and willing to share their insights and experiences with customers and others. We all want to make plants healthy and green, but we also work hard to do that in the most ethical and efficient way possible for our properties. Common Daily Expectations will be treatling lawns/landscapes with fertilizer and pest control, Aeration/Overseeding with ride-on/walk behind machninery, backpack blower operations, driving a company vehicle with 300-400G of solution(s), and exceptional communication with team members and customers. This Role does require getting or having a Category 3 Certification through the Deptartment of Agriculture. Preferred to have upon hire, but can get the test completed upon hire. Veragreen Spray Technician:

Ensure that Customer Properties are treated to the Highest Level of Care Keeping your Uniform/Equipment/Truck Clean and Professional at all times Maintaining a High Level of Communication between Customers and other Team Members Maintaining Best Practices for all mixing, loading, application, and disposal of products used. Interact/Engage with Customers to ensure every property is getting the quality of care that is desired and contracted.
