Fertilizer & Weed Control Chemical Applicator Join the Just Right Lawns Team Our mission is simple: Make our customers Happy, Proud, and Love their lawn. We are seeking a dependable Fertilizer & Weed Control Spray Technician to provide high-quality lawn care services to residential customers throughout the Austin and San Antonio areas. Responsibilities Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments safely and effectively. Ability to diagnose lawn issues and provide recommendations to customers. Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer concerns. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working at customer properties Complete service records, inspections, and daily reports. Operate and maintain application equipment, vehicles, and tools. Manage service routes using company software. Willingness to learn and follow company procedures Communicate respectfully with homeowners and team members Qualifications 2+ years of recent fertilization and weed control applicator experience. Knowledge of turf types common in Central Texas Knowledge of fertilization, and herbicides Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Basic computer and mobile app proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working at customer properties Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions. Ability to walk uneven residential properties and operate lawn care equipment. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to reach, pull, bend, grasp and push as needed Ability to drive between customer locations throughout the day. Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Daily travel throughout the Austin and San Antonio areas. Occasional exposure to insects, snakes, and other wildlife.
