• Uphold excellence in relationships and presentation Position Summary We are seeking a Turf & Lawn Spray Technician to perform fertilization, weed control, and plant health applications on high-end residential and commercial properties.

This role is ideal for someone interested in turfgrass management, horticulture, or agriculture, and offers hands-on experience with opportunity for long-term growth within the company. Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides to lawns and landscapes Diagnose and treat turf and plant health issues Operate and maintain spray equipment Follow all federal, state, and local regulations related to chemical application Maintain accurate records of applications and chemical usage Monitor weather and site conditions to ensure safe and effective applications Communicate with supervisors regarding schedules and property needs Maintain equipment in clean and safe working condition Qualifications Valid Texas Driver's License (required) Ability to pass background check Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on uneven terrain Strong work ethic and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work independently Preferred (not required): Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Pesticide Applicator License Experience in turf care, landscaping, agriculture, or related field Training and licensing provided for the right candidate.
