Responsibilities Apply fertilizers and pesticides to ornamental plants and trees Follow safety protocols and regulations in all spray applications Assist in the maintenance and care of landscaped areas Monitor plant health and report any issues to the team Maintain and clean equipment used for spraying Provide excellent customer service and communication Participate in training and development opportunities Work collaboratively with team members on various projects Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong interest in horticulture and landscape maintenance Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is a plus but not required
