Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, gardening, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators and irrigation systems to execute landscaping and construction tasks efficiently Install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures to enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Support construction projects by preparing sites, digging trenches, laying foundations, and installing various landscape elements Maintain equipment regularly to ensure safety and optimal performance during all tasks Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate a variety of landscaping and construction equipment Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators and irrigation systems Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming, pruning, and planting for health and safety Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques for patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc. Excellent understanding of landscaping principles combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and project execution This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in landscaping and construction while contributing to stunning outdoor environments.
