Duties Operate lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to maintain lawns and landscapes efficiently. Use hand tools and select tools to perform detailed landscaping tasks such as planting, trimming, edging, and fertilizing. Drive company vehicles safely between job sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure while adhering to all traffic laws. Assist with basic landscape maintenance or property development projects. Apply knowledge of land management practices to improve soil health, irrigation systems, and overall landscape aesthetics. Maintain equipment cleanliness, safety checks, and proper storage after each use to ensure longevity and safety compliance. Experience Proven experience in lawn care and landscaping is highly preferred. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required for safe transportation between job sites. Familiarity with sales techniques can be beneficial for upselling additional services or products. Knowledge of property management practices, equipment operation, and the use of hand tools will set you apart as a candidate. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards. Payroll:

This is a daily rate average, not daily pay. Weekly pay every week on Friday for the previous week's work.
