Lawn Technician

Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment to perform mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and pest control treatments Conduct routine inspections of lawns to identify issues such as pests, weeds, or disease and implement appropriate solutions Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments safely and effectively according to industry standards Maintain clean and organized work areas by properly storing tools and equipment after each job Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols Assist with landscape design projects or planting as needed to enhance outdoor aesthetics Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations for lawn care improvements Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscaping, farming, agriculture or pest control is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driving company vehicles preferred Familiarity with land management practices and the use of farming or gardening equipment is a plus Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor outdoors for extended periods Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn maintenance and pest management Join us today and help create stunning outdoor environments!
